A Doula knows that Birth is a normal and blessed event, and a memory that the family will make and keep for a lifetime. I arrive at your labor when you desire me, your home or hospital, based on your needs. I remain with you during the whole labor, and for 1-2 hours afterward to facilitate bonding and breastfeeding. I will follow up in 3 days and 2 weeks to check in on mom and baby, answer questions about newborn care and breastfeeding, and to process your Birth memory !
